Was playing yesterday and went afk to grab some food. I came back to my pipboy looking like it’s trying to have a rave or something with all kinds of textures. Thing is- I’m not running any mods or creation clubs for said pipboy. Only way I fixed it was hard reset of the entire system

I've had absolutely zero issues with this update, I am also doing an unmodded play through for the first time. Still, zero issues.

I think they need to add a lot more to the game. Less on making the galaxy feel large and more on filling the empty void so it actually is large. My favorite part of skyrim is exploration and getting entire random questlines almost every 10 minutes that I can follow or instead stay focused on what I'm doing. Another great part is random encounters, anything from a random single skeeter or mud crab, or a simple level minimum for dawnguard, (I still don't understand what triggers dragonborn dlc) and stuff like Meridia's Beacon it makes the game seem alive and not quite as slow, even though the world is massive and things take time, there is so much to do in the time between point a and b, that you don't even notice when you're already there.

It's because bethesda doesn't care. They leave the other people to fix the screw ups they leave behind.

At the rate we are going id say please.. take ypur time with the game. We dont need another 30% complete game rife with bugs and glitches only to have waves of dlc thats behind a paywall This is the industry that its become. A quick rush to make as much money as possible and thats the thing isnt it? Money doesnt hold the same weight as it did like 20-30 years ago. So for example, it takes three times as much to develope a game and for it to be "worth it" they have to see that they make more then what they put into it. Dont release fallout 5. Not this year or the next. Take your time PLEASE 🙏 and actually do your due diligence to make sure its a fantastic game. Instead of rushing it out of production and calling it a triple A title. When its not even half complete. 🤷

It doesn't matter how many update the starfield gets the story is so boring but some of the side misssions are designed way better than the main missions

Todd pretty much already said fo5 after es6 and that's still at least 1 to 2 years off sp we probably won't see fo5 until around 2028 to 2030

I play and see some stutters and disappearing objects. Now I know what causing it. But I'm still having fun. WOTCW with Mutant Menagerie is all I need for a while.

The thing with suggesting that 2077 is the date it "began to decline" is with Maximus. Because Maximus was there when the bomb fell, we can do the math, more or less, to know when the bombs fell because of his age. So, if the show takes place in 2296 and the bomb fell in 2277, then the difference is 19 years. Lets say Maximus was only 3 when the bombs fell, then he would be roughly 22 in the show. This is a good depiction of him in the show and suggests they did fall in 2077. However, if we suggest the bombs fell after the FNV game which was 2281, then Maxamius in the show could only be 18 years old at mosxzt and would be progressively younger depending on how long after 2077 the bombs actually fell. Says the bombs fell 2 years after FNV, then Maximus would need to be 16 for the timeline to be canon. If they fell even later, then would could need to be as young as 10 or less. 2077 seems to be an accurate depiction for the date the bomb fell.

I just wish in the games that we could equip the plot armor that Maximus has. If the Ghoul knew the power armor production was flawed, why didn't he just shoot Maximus in that spot at Filly? Best armor ever.

to me it sounds like this would slowly be getting playable if not for the braindead to decision to add countless boring proceedural worlds rather than fleshing out 8 planets or so.

Loading screens are frequently death for me now. They freeze up far more often and I have to exit the game and restart my console just to get the game working again 🤦‍♂️

My game doesn’t stutter with mods

It's amazing how bad Bethesda main is at everything. ID software doesn't have this problem.
